Back To The Start

so i started the skinny girl diet again today, i didn't have a really bad binge or anything but i haven't been sticking to the diet, i've never gone over 800-1000 but i've been over by a few hundred kcals every day since Thursday, so since i technically only got to the third day and its Monday i decided to start it again and do it properly.

i've been wanting to buy some scales since last week but i kinda of put it off because i thought i would have gained since the last time i weighted myself (which is when i was restricting) and i guessed right because i'm 208 and the last time i weighted myself i was 205 its not that bad seeing as i've been eating whatever i wanted for a while now but its still disappointing, hopefully ill be back down to 205 soon. 


  1. I started the SGD today, too. But I'm doing the version where fruits and veggies don't count. Yours is so much more impressive. Don't worry, you've got this :)

  3. Good luck, hun. Another UK lass, I'm in Glasgow right now. My advice to you is that, starting off, the best thing you can do is stick to around 1000 calories a day, lots of protein, not much carbs - wise (unless its veggies and fruit) and good fats; and to try and get at least 30 mins of cardio in a day. Running is amazing. And although it's hard at the beginning, if you persevere, it gets much easier and more enjoyable. I joined BMF (British Military Fitness), which was awesome - no way as scary as you think, the instructors are big softies, who want you to do well, and you make great fiends and have a lot of fun. Oh, and Pilates = amazing! Hehe. Keep in touch if you want a chat or support. I may not post, but I do check the blogs daily. X
